Hong Nguyen-Phuong is an entrepreneur and independent consultant in innovation and technology. He is an instructor in project management and agility at UCSC. He is a leadership mentor at the Mentoring Club, and serves on its Board.

Born in Vietnam, Hong grew up in Brazil and France before immigrating to the U.S. where he attended MIT, Boston University, and Harvard Business School.

Hong is dedicated to the empowerment of talents in maximizing their human capital and manifesting their "ikigai".
