Most recently, Founder/CEO, e2i.academy, where I collaborated with investors and sponsors to secure venues for programs, recruited faculty comprised of angel investors with specific proven domain expertise for each topic; defined courseware materials, created methods, policies, and practices to recruit students for the half-day, whole-day, and three whole-day programs.

International reach: Silicon Valley, throughout the US, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Brazil, France, Italy, and more . . .

Impact: Nearly 500 jobs created, $20 million in investment, and over 30 new products launched in its first 3 years resulting from a boot-strapped learning enterprise.

 

Previously founded and led four profitable software and services ventures, raised $7 million for two SAS software firms, led a public company through 25x market cap growth in 30 months, and negotiated license agreements with industry-leading software companies.  Reached other agreements with SPA/SIIA industry trade association; and, for export licenses with the Department of Commerce and NSA. In each case developed an innovative enterprise strategy and results-focused leadership team that enabled access to capital (public and private placement) and relationships (industry and thought leaders) necessary for growth. Created visions to which others could personally relate, organize their actions, and develop a passion for execution that moved each forward.

 

Created innovative, best practices regarding core business drivers, organization/operation changes, and systems that led to step-level increased results within Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial firms: e2i.academy, Qarbon, Interworks Software, Softguard Systems, Safeway, etc.
