David Louie is a veteran of the Bay Area television news industry. Over the years, he has been honored with numerous accolades, including regional Emmys, the 2015 Governors’ Award — the highest honor bestowed upon an individual by the San Francisco/Northern California Chapter of The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and induction into the Gold Circle (2019) and Silver Circle (1995) for 50 and 25 years, respectively, of contributions to the northern California television industry, not to mention serving as NATAS’ national chairperson from 1996 to 1998. He has done it all.

David has been celebrated for his long famed career as journalist KGO-TV ABC7 journalist.
