Crystal Thompson serves as Membership Executive with Silicon Valley Central Chamber of Commerce. With nearly two decades as a General Manager and Business owner, Crystal is passionate about advancement and continuous improvement. She thrives on learning any time the opportunity presents itself and enjoys challenges. Crystal is Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, a Certified Kaizen Facilitator, a Notary Public and is working towards the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification.

Crystal is originally from the Midwest and a recent transplant. She is an ambassador for PARTI, volunteers with Parade of Champions and assists with fundraising activities for Silicon Valley Works. She was previously heavily involved in her community prior to moving, earning special recognition for her fundraising for Riley Children’s Hospital.
